Fireball Mail wins 2016 Telluride Bluegrass Festival Band Contest


Thanks to Brad Bulla of the Fireball Mail bluegrass band, based in Nashville, TN, for the news that the band won the prestigious and nationally recognised band contest at the 43rd Telluride Bluegrass Festival in Telluride, CO, last week. They win cash, prizes, and a spot on the 2017 lineup to perform on the festival main stage next year, sharing the spotlight with the likes of Béla Fleck, Jerry Douglas, Chris Thile, Tim O'Brien, and Sam Bush.

The band - Brad Bulla (guitar, vocals), Phil Easterbrook (banjo, dobro, vocals), Caleb Edwards (mandolin, vocals), Joe Brown (upright bass) - recently released their debut CD, Bending the rails, which can be bought through iTunes, Spotify, Amazon, the band’s website, and other major music outlets.
