Banjo heads from Brown Dog

Thanks to the FOAOTMAD news blog, which (apart from its regular coverage of the old-time music scene in the UK) forwards the summer 2016 newsletter from Brown Dog Banjos, based in Kent, England. Brown Dog stock a wide range of instruments and (especially) parts and accessories.

What got our attention was Brown Dog's claim to hold the widest range of banjo heads in Europe, specifying that 'Remo Weatherking are available in seven finishes, including the full range of Top Coated, Fiberskyn and Renaissance and selected popular sizes in Bottom Coated, Clear, Cloudy and Ebony and plus calf and goat vellum.'
