Zoe Muth - available in Nov. 2014

The Brookfield Knights agency announces that Zoe Muth & the Lost High Rollers (USA) are expected to launch a new album in the coming spring. They are already fully booked for a tour in these islands in Oct./Nov., so Brookfield Knights have arranged a further ten days' tour. The band will thus be available from 3 Nov. to 12 Nov. 2014.

The BIB published info on Zoe Muth and the band on 10 Jan. 2012 and 26 Jan. 2012, when they were about to appear on Clonmel World Music after making an impact at the 2012 Celtic Connections festival. Video footage of them at Celtic Connections can be seen on the BBC website.

In 2012 the BIB wrote: 'This is an alt.country band including electric guitar, electric bass, and drums, but with a lot of lead mandolin and some bluegrass-compatible songs'. In fact, the band's sound now seems pretty firmly in the classic country genre, meaning that much of their repertoire is bluegrass-compatible, while Zoe Muth herself is being compared to Emmylou Harris and Gillian Welch.
