The Revelers - Cajun supergroup available for 28-29 Mar. 2014

Thanks to Loudon Temple of the UK Brookfield Knights agency for the news that the Revelers, a Cajun 'supergroup' from Lafayette, Louisiana, will be in these islands in March; and that one of the Irish venues that had agreed to take them can now no longer do so. This means that this highly regarded six-piece band will be in Ireland, with their latest album, and available for booking on Friday 28 March and Saturday 29 March.

The Revelers were formed by a conjunction of the founding members of the Red Stick Ramblers and the Pine Leaf Boys. Last year Kirsty Fitzsimons of the Ubangi Stomp Club and Dublin City FM considered their debut album 'gorgeous – full of joy from start to finish'. Any event organisers or venue operators in Ireland who would like to grab one of those two dates should contact Brookfield Knights. Loudon says:
