Al Scorch & his Country Soul Ensemble in Ireland, 8-18 Apr. 2013

Thanks to Sharon Loughrin of the Red Room, Cookstown, Co. Tyrone, Ireland's premier acoustic house concert venue, for the news that Al Scorch & his Country Soul Ensemble (USA), neo-old-time band from Chicago, will be playing at the Red Room on Monday night (8 Apr.), starting 8.30 p.m.

In keeping with the Red Room's role as Ireland's welcoming hug to visiting bands, this is the opening show of an eleven-day tour of Ireland, in the middle of a longer tour of these islands. Other shows will be at Omagh (9 Apr.), Dundalk (13 Apr.), Cork (14 Apr.), Listowel (16 Apr.), and Wexford (18 Apr.). More details as soon as we get them.
