Thanks to the Seamus Ennis Cultural Centre at Naul, Co. Dublin, for a reminder about the Special Consensus (USA) show there on Friday this week, 18 January.

The Centre's excellent online feature about the concert includes a five-and-a-half-minute video (also on YouTube) in which the band members talk about and play music from their sixteenth and latest album, Scratch Gravel Road, nominated for this year's Grammy award for Best Bluegrass Album.

We know from experience that whenever the Special C. play Naul, everyone (including them) has a memorable evening; and we draw attention to the Centre's advice: 'This wonderful band always attract a full house, please book early to avoid disappointment!'
