E-mail warning

We apologise for introducing a matter that has no direct connection with bluegrass or old-time music, but it is one that could affect many people. Veteran promoter Tom Stapleton forwards a warning against opening any e-mail message headed 'Invitation FACEBOOK'.

It is likely to have the appearance of coming from a friend or someone already in your address book. It should be deleted immediately without opening, as it contains, apparently, an extremely destructive virus capable of doing irreparable damage to computers.
