Watery Hill Boys at La Roche and in Catalonia, Aug. 2012

Thanks to Dónal Black of the Watery Hill Boys of Drogheda, who reports a busy month coming for the WHB:

We were picked to play on the main stage at La Roche this year, so we'll be travelling over next week to play the street festival on Wednesday and main stage on Thursday.

Rather than just come home, we decided to organise a small tour of Catalonia straight afterwards, playing village squares and beaches around Girona City [see details on poster image and WHB tour page].

When we get home it's the Mohill Bluegrass Festival (we'll also be doing the gospel mass on the Saturday evening). Then the Ulster American Folk Park for the three days.
