Just to let you know that the Foghorn Stringband will be playing at Féile na Bealtaine, Dingle, Co. Kerry, on 6 May 2012. This is a great little festival with a wide range of music, poetry and art! This year will also feature Bernie Pháid with Virginian fiddler Cleek Schrey for a night of old-time and Irish music.

The Foghorns will indeed be playing another festival and six further dates in Ireland as the start of a tour in Europe that will take them most of May 2012. Their full schedule here is:

Tues. 1st: The Red Room, Cookstown, Co. Tyrone, 8.00 p.m.
Wed. 2nd: McCann's Bar, Omagh, Co. Tyrone
Thurs. 3rd: Glens Centre, Manorhamilton Co. Leitrim, 7.30 p.m.
Fri. 4th: Grand Social, Dublin, with I Draw Slow, 8.00 p.m.
Sat. 5th: Crane Bar, 2 Sea Road, Galway city, with I Draw Slow, 7.00 p.m.
Mon. 7th: Féile Na Bealtaine, Dingle, Co. Kerry, 8.00 p.m.
Wed. 9th: Village Arts Centre, Kilworth, Co. Cork, 8.00 p.m.
Thurs. 10th-Sun. 13th: Fiddle Fair, Baltimore, Co. Cork, 8.00 p.m.
