Tin Box Company paint the grass green, 17 Mar. 2012

Thanks to Martin Kavanagh (above, with mandolin) for the news that the Tin Box Company will be playing two separate shows on St Patrick's day (Sat. 17 Mar.): the first, from 2.00 to 5.00 p.m., at the Spawell, Wellington Lane, Templeogue, Dublin 6 (just off the N81 before you reach the M50 going out of town). Then they'll move about a kilometre south-west to Delaney's in Knocklyon, just off the Firhouse Road (R114), where they will be playing from 8.00 to 11.00.

So by the end of the evening the band should be well warmed up - except that in our experience they start the proceedings warmed up and gain momentum from then on. They can be seen and heard in Delaney's at their regular gig every Thursday night from 8.00 to 11.00 p.m.
