Jam in Ashland City

Thanks again to Roger Ryan, who contributed to the BIB post of 5 Mar. his memory of the hospitality of Ferrell and Elaine Stowe towards the twenty-five Irish visitors who called on them last autumn. Roger now sends the above picture of the jam that was laid on at the Stowe home in Ashland City to entertain the visitors. Ferrell Stowe (dobro) is on the left; other musicians include Jackie Miller of Cedar Hill (fiddle) and Mike Scott (banjo).
