Ireland features on Bluegrass Today for St Patrick's day

Thanks to Chris Stuart (left), Ireland and, specifically, bluegrass activity in Ireland are receiving substantial coverage on Bluegrass Today this weekend, to mark St Patrick's day.

Chris enlisted your editor to answer some questions about the scene over here, as an episode in his 'Blue Yodel' series. The result was published yesterday as 'Green Yodel #21 – Sláinte! (Part 1)'. Part 2 is due to appear today, contributed by Ronnie Norton of Dublin, a graduate of the IBMA Leadership Bluegrass 2012 class; and there will be a separate post on Niall Toner, who among his many other achievements is the only Irish bluegrass artist so far to make a significant impact on AirPlay Direct and sign up with a leading American bluegrass record label. Read their views on Bluegrass Today; and thanks again, Chris!
