Charlie Parr to tour Ireland in May 2012

Thanks to Robin at Tin Angel Records (UK) for the news that US old-time country blues musician Charlie Parr (National steel guitar, 12-string guitar, banjo), who toured Europe in February and November 2011, will undertake a short tour of Ireland in May. The dates are as follows:

3 May Cathedral Quarter Arts Festival, Belfast
4 May JJ Harlows, Roscommon town, Co. Roscommon
5 May Clubhouse Hotel, Kilkenny city (Kilkenny Rhythm and Roots Festival)
