Québec Redneck Bluegrass Project

Thanks to Mark Corry, who writes:

I'm a bassist from Longford, but play bluegrass (of a sort) with five French Canadians. We all live in China but are talking about doing a tour in Europe later on in the year. We've done two albums so far (another in the pipeline) and sing in French, English, Irish and Chinese. Our music is available for free here.

I'd love if you could give us a mention on your blog. And any help or suggestions of sheltered street corners for busking would be very appreciated!

Here's a video of a song as gaeilge in Quebec last summer; and another video.

Mark also sends a bio giving the band's history, the full text of which can be read here.

The title is 'An Bhainis Salach', and it is on their 2011 album 3000 Boulevard de Mess.
