New look for County Clare in 2012

That's the title on a new post on Bluegrass Today. Our first thought, of course, was that Brendan Walsh and the Shannonside Winter Music Weekend in Sixmilebridge earlier this month have launched a regeneration of the Banner County - which may well be true...

However, the news is about the US band Shannon and Heather Slaughter and County Clare, whom we mentioned back on 4 May last year. Shannon explained then that the name came from the title of a New Grass Revival instrumental. The band's new look for 2012 comes from taking on new members; read the full story here.
