Festival news for 2012

News from two major Irish 'roots/Americana' festivals, which have both featured bluegrass- or old-time-related acts in the past and will no doubt be doing so again:

You can win two passes to next year's Coors Light Open House Festival (20-24 June 2012) in Belfast. The festival team is running a draw combined with a survey; full details are here.

The Kilkenny Rhythm & Roots Festival team announces that planning for 2012 has begun and names will be announced between now and Christmas. Regular updates will appear on the festival's Facebook page, so anyone on Facebook can 'like' the festival to receive news as it comes out.
