A new member of the Irish bluegrass community

We're delighted to learn from Tony O'Brien that Tom and Nicola Kennedy are now the parents of a baby boy. The new member of the Irish bluegrass community arrived on Tuesday evening. He and his mother are reported to be in fine form.

Woodbine are scheduled to play at Bob's Bar, Durrow, Co. Laois, on Sunday 1 May from 5.00 p.m. It is believed that the new arrival will not be joining the band on this occasion, and will probably postpone becoming a regular member till he has settled on a particular instrument.
