The Bonfire Band on tour, 13-19 May 2011

The Bonfire Band (UK) will be playing several dates in the western parts of Ireland next month. Though they're not straight-down-the-line bluegrass, the band's original material, combined with bluegrass standards and delivered with banjo, guitar, double bass, and harmony vocals, earns them a place at bluegrass events.

The Bonfire Band (also on MySpace) have a schedule of residencies and shows in the London area, which they play in configurations ranging from duo to five-piece. The full lineup consists of Ben Faulkner (guitar), Will Heath (bass), Adam Beattie (banjo/lead guitar), Dominic Brider (drums), and Will Butterworth (piano).
