On Tuesday 12 October an article in the Mayo News invited the people of Mayo to Geraghty's pub in Westport to enjoy another gig from the production of the Electric Cave. This time it was two singer/songwriters from Cork. The article was so appetising that expectations were running high.

Nicole Maguire (above, left) and Sara Corkery (right) didn't let the crowd down. They presented a well balanced show of folk classics alongside their own material. The Nashville vibe that ran all trough the gig was presented perfectly in a slight Cork accent. It was a brilliant night and a welcome return for acoustic music to Geraghty's after a short journey through the sounds of reggae, punk, and rock.
