Tom Hanway to play on Sharon Cort Band tour

Thanks to Tom Hanway for news: Tom is playing banjo in the Sharon Cort Band during their current tour of Ireland (see the schedule on the BIB of 5 August).

Tom also sends playlist #071e from Bob Mitchell's 'Best of Bluegrass' radio show on Radio Bluegrass International. This programme - recorded on 20 June 2009 at WFPK-FM 91.9, Louisville, KY - was first aired a year ago and is being rebroadcast in 2010 to celebrate the month of August, including historical trivia about the month and featuring music from many artists who were born in August.
