New Caleb Klauder CD: Western country

Fans of the Foghorn Stringband and the Foghorn Duo (and there are plenty of them in Ireland) will be interested in the new solo album by Caleb Klauder, Western country. The music on it is not old-time nor bluegrass (though there's plenty of early bluegrass feeling around); it's old-fashioned hard-core country. CDBaby (where you can sample all the tracks) says: 'Recommended if you like George Jones, Hank Williams, Willie Nelson'.

Nor is this a new development: he has been playing honky-tonk music with his Country Band for years now. A YouTube video shows the Caleb Klauder Country Band doing 'Worn-out shoes' in a radio studio.
