Westport Festival 2009 on 'Nationwide', 16 Dec.: UPDATE

Electric Cave Production reported two weeks ago:

During the 2009 Westport Folk and Bluegrass Festival, a team of RTE's 'Nationwide' joined Uri [Kohen], the festival producer, to film a piece about the production company and the festival. It seems like the piece will be featured on this Wednesday's edition of 'Nationwide' [16 Dec.]. The program will then be available on the net and we will get a link for it.

The lineup for the 2010 festival is now complete and the full program will be posted on the blog soon.

Update 28 Dec. The seven-minute-plus feature on 'Nationwide' can now be viewed here. As well as being a good slice of Westport atmosphere and a good ad for the festival itself, it shows how and why Uri Kohen came to settle in Ireland, set up Electric Cave Production, and launch the Westport Folk and Bluegrass Festival.
