Foghorn sounds through the mists of the future

Good news for lovers of old-time music - though not very definite as yet - the Foghorn Stringband from Portland, OR, veterans of many trips to Ireland either as a full band or in the Foghorn Duo configuration, are scheduled to begin a tour of Scotland, Denmark, and Ireland on 1 May 2010.

Thanks to the Friends Of American Old Time Music And Dance for the news that the band will be taking part in the 2010 Orkney Folk Festival on the last weekend in May as part of this tour - along with Tim O'Brien and many other artists.
