Grassroots to bluegrass

Thanks to Roger Ryan of the Country Music Association of Ireland for passing on news of the issue on DVD and VHS of Grassroots to bluegrass. Some readers will have seen an earlier edition of this remarkable ten-disc set, which comprises over ten hours of picking, singing, and other interaction among a constellation of leading musicians from the founding years of bluegrass music, with the Del McCoury Band providing backup where needed.
