Tin Box Company news

Dublin's Tin Box Company continue their regular weekly gig every Thursday from 9.00 p.m. in Delaney's Knocklyon Inn, Knocklyon Road, Dublin 16, a nice warm, friendly pub with plenty of parking space; all are welcome, so come along and join in the fun.

The TBC have been recently joined at Delaney's by a Dublin dobro player, and by two American old-time and bluegrass musicians, Michael Ellison (fiddle) and Bert Abbott (guitar), both from Kentucky. Bert is also a luthier, and built both the fiddle and the guitar himself. They have made several appearances at the Knocklyon gig as part of their tour in Ireland, which is now coming to an end. The good news is that Michael and Bert intend to be back next year, bringing their whole band with them.
