G2's 'best year so far'

The G2 Bluegrass Band from Sweden, who won the title of #1 European Bluegrass Band 2007 at the EWOB Festival in the Netherlands, and played in concert at the Omagh festival a year ago, are having the best year since they first got together in 2005.

They have just unveiled their new, improved website, shortly before they are due to leave for the US. This coming Saturday they will be in concert in Chicago, the following day on TV broadcast from Lexington, KY, and during the next week at the IBMA's World of Bluegrass 2009 in Nashville, where they will perform on the Awards Show - the first European band ever to do so.
