Foggy Hogtown Boys: schedule change

Thanks to Ita O'Kane for news of an adjustment in the current tour schedule for the Foggy Hogtown Boys (Canada). Their show at Colfer's Pub, Carrig-on-Bannow, Co. Wexford, will now take place on Saturday 12 September, starting at 8.00 p.m. It was originally announced for 13 September. Ita adds:

The tour is going well for the Foggy Hogtown Boys, with a very successful Omagh Bluegrass Festival appearance to start their first trip to Ireland and the UK.

The BIB editor cordially agrees: the FHB are a solid, driving, inventive, and dynamic band, and you should not miss an opportunity of hearing them. Our only regret at Omagh is not having had a chance to hear FHB guitarist Chris Coole play clawhammer banjo, because according to Bill Whelan of the Rough Deal String Band (and who's a better judge?), Chris is an outstanding player.
