Another golden bluegrass moment

The MacEvillys from Westport will take to the stage once again for a very special show.

This year, Westport's own bluegrass band had to respond to the demand of the crowd and performed more than ever in the past. Hubie and Sarah [right] mastered the sound of family harmony-singing and - backed by some of the best bluegrass musicians in the Westport area - they created a unique bluegrass show.

After appearing in all three previous Westport bluegrass festivals, and with the intention to go back to the festival next year, they will perform once again on Friday 2 October 2009. The gig will take place at the Clew Bay Hotel, Westport, and admission is free. As they proved in the past, this gig too promises to be an unforgettable night. See you there!
