The BIB mentioned on 31 May the forthcoming tour by Iris Dement, which is now three weeks away. Tom Stapleton of the Music Store, Roscrea, Co. Tipperary, who has been one of the leading promoters of bluegrass and other Americana in this island for longer than any of us can remember, sends the above photo and a reminder of the concert by this unique artist which will take place at the Watergate Theatre, Kilkenny, on Thursday 24 July at 8.00 p.m. (tickets 056 7761674).

One of the greatest singer/songwriters of all time. Her shows are stunning and mesmerizing. If you care about music at all, don't fail to catch one of her shows in Ireland; an all too rare treat for you guys over there.
