Tim Carter (USA) is well known here through his spectacular banjo-playing with the Carter Brothers at successive Johnny Keenan Banjo Festivals at Longford. Here's a photo of Tim and Ned Luberecki (another highly respected, vividly original, and very funny banjo-player, who was in Sally Jones's band at the recent EWOB Festival).
