A story about Worldwide Bluegrass Music Month (May) has recently been posted on the Bluegrass Blog website.

While it provides some historical information about the concept and activities over the past 20 years since the first 'celebration' (1988), it does attempt to identify ways in which activists can continue to work to increase awareness and interest in the music.

It isn't too soon to plan activities for the future. Bluegrass can be promoted in so many ways and everybody can contribute. Think about what you can do and engage the help of like-minded associates. Share ideas for the benefit of bluegrass music.
