Bill Evans and Megan Lynch, 14 & 15 March

Bill Evans and Megan Lynch, on their way to teach banjo and fiddle respectively at Sore Fingers Week, are playing two dates in Ireland, three in England, and two in Scotland. The dates here are on Friday 14 March at the Seamus Ennis Cultural Centre, Naul, Co. Dublin; and on Saturday 15 March at Gallagher's Pub, Sixmilebridge, Co. Clare, under the auspices of the Sixmilebridge Folk Club.

Details of other shows are on their joint MySpace site, which states: 'We are influenced by people who really mean it. Whatever it is.' A good indicator that some pretty intense banjo, fiddle, and vocal music will be delivered.
