More for guitarists

Tom Hanway reports that guitar wizard David Grier (who played on Tom's Bucket of bees album) has brought out a new CD, Live at the Linda. The thirteen tracks range from old-time fiddle tunes - including a six-and-a-half-minute version of 'Bonaparte's retreat' - to Bill Monroe and Earl Scruggs numbers, original Grier compositions, and a medley of 'America the beautiful' and 'Yesterday'.
