Jon Glik: good news

Thanks to Gary Ferguson (who will be touring Ireland again with Dave Miner in July) for the news that master fiddler Jon Glik of the Baltimore region is well on the road to recovery after his liver transplant operation in November 2007.

Jon had been hoping to visit Ireland in September last year, but was unable to do so when his illness became life-threatening. The original BIB post about him was on 28 July. Gary sends this link to a report, with video footage, in the 'Eyewitness news' service of WJZ TV in Baltimore.
