Chris Thile & the Punch Brothers in Dublin (yes, really)
The Punch Brothers recording live for RTE, in the sitting room of producer/engineer and photographer Aidan Butler
Chris Thile and his Punch Brothers band did indeed play on Thursday 17 January at the Lord Edward in Christ Church Place, Dublin - but at 4.00/5.00 p.m. instead of an hour or two later, as originally announced. Their record label, Warner Brothers, no doubt wanted to keep it a low-key affair.

Niall Toner writes: 'The interview and live recording went very well indeed, and will be broadcast on RTE Radio One as a Thursday night special in the 'Nashville Sessions' series. I will let you know as soon as the date is fixed.'
