Korby Lenker in Ireland, 29 Nov.-10 Dec.

Singer-songwriter Korby Lenker, born in Idaho, based formerly in the Seattle area, and now working out of Nashville, TN, recorded two CDs (2002, 2003) with his west coast bluegrass band the Barbed Wire Cutters and a further album of gospel songs, David Goliath's old-time gospel hour (2004). Since 2001 he has also released four albums of original material (mainly in the alt.country and acoustic rock areas) under his own name, which have been very well received.
Korby works at home with a band consisting of bass, fiddle, and his own guitar. He will be making a solo tour in Ireland between 29 November and 10 December, and will be appearing on Niall Toner's 'Roots Freeway' radio show on RTE 1, where Niall has been playing some of his music.
