Gareth Pearson on guitar

Not strictly bluegrasss, but the young Welshman Gareth Pearson is on tour at the minute, playing incredible guitar in the style of Jerry Reed, Merle Travis, Chet Atkins, and of course his mentor Tommy Emmanuel.

I saw his full show for the first time in Colfers, Carrig-on-Bannow last night, and I have to say he really is an incredible talent for an 18-year-old who has just been playing guitar for 4 years.
