Johnny Cash on BBC TV, 5 Feb.

Thanks to our friends in Belgium for a reminder that the documentary 'Johnny Cash, the last great American' will be shown on BBC1 at midnight on Sunday 5 February (as given in the Northern Ireland Radio Times).

The Belgian TV channel 'la deux' (RTBF) will show a documentary on the life of singer-songwriter and banjo-man Derroll Adams on Sunday 5 Feb. at 14.00; Tuesday 21 Feb. at 23.00; and Thursday 23 Feb. at 14.00.

If you're in Brussels on Thursday 2 March, don't miss the Sons of Navarone at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, performing as part of the Festival Brosella Folk/Jazz. Entrance is free.
