A guide to IBMA WOB 2015

The BIB published a year ago a post about a comprehensive guide to attending the very large (and growing) IBMA World of Bluegrass convention in Raleigh, NC - not one of the official IBMA releases, but a guide prepared by Ted Lehmann, tireless bluegrass blogger and graduate of the IBMA's Leadership Bluegrass programme.

Ted Lehmann has now published a corresponding, equally comprehensive guide to this year's World of Bluegrass (29 Sept.-3 Oct. 2015) on his 'Bluegrass, books, and brainstorms' blog. It's packed with invaluable advice for anyone attending; and even if you're not, read the summation, which in a dozen lines examines the case for going and concludes unreservedly in favour. Or, as the IBMA says:

If bluegrass music moves you, come to the conference that moves bluegrass music.
