Raftery's Rest welcomes Woodbine, 11 Aug. 2012

Thanks to Peter Larkin (one of numerous Irish bluegrassers whom we had the pleasure of seeing at last month's North Wales Bluegrass Festival), who reports:

Woodbine will be playing on Saturday night the 11th of August in Rafterys Rest, Kilcolgan, Co. Galway, and like all bluegrass nights in Kilcolgan this will be a good one. Admission is free and all are welcome to hear Ireland's top bluegrass band.

Kilcolgan is about 20 km south-east of Galway city, on the main N18 road to Limerick - and not far from Tom Cussen's Clareen Banjos in Clarinbridge. A location map is on the Rafterys Rest contact page.
