Cedar Hill in England and Wales, Aug.-Sept. 2012
Roger (centre) with the members of Cedar Hill in Cork during their last visit to Ireland
Thanks to Roger Ryan of the Country Music Association of Ireland for news of Cedar Hill from the Ozarks, who will be briefly in these islands from the end of this month. The bad news is that this time they won't be coming to Ireland. The good news, for anyone ready to make the trip, is that they can be seen and heard at the Didmarton Bluegrass Festival in England on 31 Aug.-2 Sept., and will then be playing a couple of pubs and a church before appearing at the Gower Bluegrass Festival in Wales on 7-8 Sept. The good wishes of their friends and fans in Ireland will go with them.
